Enterprise Resource Planning Software as a Service Panel Arrangement

On 26 March 2018, the Department of Finance established an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software as a Service panel arrangement.

The ERP panel has been developed as part of the Shared Services Program.

The services include:

  • scalable commercial off the shelf ERP software provided as a SaaS solution;
  • planning, design and implementation services for delivery of the ERP solution; and
  • on-going maintenance and development for the ERP solution.

It is optional for hub agencies and agencies to use the panel.

Further information about the panel is available from the ERP Govdex Community, which is only accessible by authorised agency representatives.
