17AJ Aids to access

For the purposes of paragraph 17AD(h), the aids to access that must be included in the annual report for the entity are the following:

  1. a table of contents;
  2. an alphabetical index of the contents of the report (including any appendices);
  3. a glossary of any abbreviations and acronyms used in the report;
  4. the list of requirements as set out in Schedule 2 to this rule;
  5. details (for example the title, telephone number and email address) of the contact officer to whom enquiries for further information may be addressed;
  6. the address of the entity’s website;
  7. if the annual report is to be available electronically—the direct address for the annual report on the entity’s website.
